Instructions to select your tickets: 

SLIDING SCALE: We offer a sliding scale fee structure. If you are able, we encourage to you to slide up and support others. See our sliding scale recommendations for more information. 

Each level has a set number of spots available.

  • Slide up if you have discretionary income for expenses like travel, dining out, entertainment, etc.
  • Slide down if your financial circumstances would prevent you from participating.

RESERVE YOUR RV or TENT SITE: Choose "tent site + 1 attendee" or "RV site + 1 attendee" to reserve your RV or tent site at the level you are able. 

ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES: Then select the number of additional attendees within your group. If you are registering for yourself but staying at someone else's RV or Tent Site, you will be asked for RV/Tent attendee name. 

After you purchase your tickets, check your email for a confirmation email that will include a link to reserve your specific tent or RV site.

Welcome to mshinstitute.org - a website of the Mount St. Helens Institute (MSHI, we, us, our). Mount St. Helens Institute is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. What information does MSHI collect and/or store?

  • When you register for a program, become a donor or volunteer, we request that you provide additional personal information. The personal information you provide is used to process donations, to sign individuals and groups for events and programs, to rent our facilities, and provide customer service. We may collect the following information: personal identification information name, email address, phone number, mailing address); message contents of emails; emergency contact information, etc.
  • MSHI does not sell your information to external companies and only shares with key third party partners to improve services on your behalf. Read more about third party services below.

How we collect your data:

  • You directly provide MSHI with most of the data we collect. We collect data when you:
    • Register online or place an order for any goods or services.
    • Make a donation online.
    • Voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback.
    • Use or view our website via your browsers cookies.
  • We may also receive data indirectly from our third party sources that help us process credit card transactions, manage communications, manage donors, manage volunteers, etc.

Mail & Email Communications

About the Information We Collect Most of the data and information we collect through our website is used only to help us achieve our mission. It is our policy to collect and store only personal information that our clients knowingly provide.

From Casual Website Visitors and General Users We do not collect any personal information from users browsing our website. When you use the public areas of our website you are doing so anonymously.
